Your tabletop includes the following:

  • 1 - 6 foot table, skirted with white linen (Note some sponsorships include more than 1 tabletop, please refer to your sponsorship agreement for further details) 
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 standard electrical outlet
  • 3 Lead Retrieval Licenses for the mobile app.  

Move Out: November 4, 2023 - 5:30pm-6:30pm 

There is a networking reception in the vendor hall from 4:30pm-5:30pm.  Please do not begin tear-down early as you will miss the opportunity to interact with participants.

Your sponsorship includes lead retrieval.  Lead retrieval is 3 licenses in the lead retrieval app.  (Note: this is different from the event app). You will receive your leads in real-time and be able to download the information. Conexsys will reach out to you directly about 2 weeks away from the event with your login information.

Booth displays and other deliveries will be accepted at the venue beginning November 1, 2023


Shipping and Receiving JW Marriott Rates:
• PACKAGE HANDLING (per box): please reach out to [email protected] to discuss shipping needs. Some packages are subject to at least $5 per box for holding. 
• PALLET STORAGE $75 per pallet, per day
• SHIPPING - Rates based on size and weight

Please see the shipping label #1 for your display materials & shipping label #2 for your bag insert sample. NOTE: if your materials are not clearly marked your materials may not be stuffed into the bags.

Please ensure you are sending separately labeled packages for tabletop displays vs. bag inserts. More info on this below. 

The inserts will be pre-assembled at the venue. Please use the shipping labels below.  Make sure to attach this label along with any other shipping labels provided by your courier or transportation provider. This will clearly indicate that these materials are meant for the participant bags and will be handled prior to your booth set-up.

If you prefer to provide an electronic copy of your bag insert, please email [email protected] and we will put it on our mobile app for attendee usage.  

Please include 650 items for the Event Bags. These may arrive as early as November 1, 2023, and NO LATER than Friday, November 3, 2023 @ 10am. 

REMINDER: these inserts must be in separate packages/boxes from your tabletop materials.
