Glenn Rodrigues is a Pharmacy Practice Facilitator with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia (PANS). Glenn has practiced as a community pharmacist, served as the practice lab coordinator at the Dalhousie College of Pharmacy, delivered continuing education programs, and now facilitates Prescription to Thrive at PANS. In Prescription to Thrive, Glenn works with over 40 pharmacy teams to build capacity, support service implementation, and create economic models that support team and revenue growth. Glenn also provides support to Nova Scotia’s Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinics (CPPCC), publicly funded, pharmacist-led clinics that operate out of 13% of community pharmacies in the province.
