Glenn Rodrigues is a Pharmacy Practice Facilitator with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia (PANS). Glenn is a community pharmacist, who has served as a practice lab coordinator at Dalhousie’s College of Pharmacy, delivered continuing education programs, and now coordinates the Pharmacy Manager Support Program at PANS. Glenn facilitated Prescription to Thrive, where he worked with over 40 pharmacy teams to build capacity, support service implementation, and create economic models that support team and revenue growth. Some of these pharmacies are now part of Nova Scotia’s Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinics (CPPCC), publicly funded, pharmacist-led clinics that operate out of 13% of community pharmacies in the province.
