Dr. Houle is an Associate Professor at the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy, with research and teaching interests focused on pharmacists’ practice to full scope, particularly their role in immunization services and travel medicine. She is a pharmacy graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and received her PhD from the University of Alberta, as well as her Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine. In addition to practice experience in hospital, home care, and community pharmacy, she has also practiced at the International Travel and Immunizations Clinic at the Centre for Family Medicine in Kitchener, Ontario.
