Dr. Jamie Kellar is Associate Dean, Academic and Associate Professor (Teaching Stream) at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto. She is a licensed pharmacist in Ontario with expertise in
mental health and pharmacy education.

Dr. Kellar completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph and both her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at the University of Toronto. She earned her PhD in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Her work focuses on professional identity formation in pharmacy education and practice, as well as mental health and wellness among pharmacy students and practicing pharmacists. Dr. Kellar is an award-winning educator and has received the University of Toronto Early Career Teaching Award, the President’s Teaching Award, and the Association of Faculties of Pharmacy of Canada National Award for Excellence in Education.
