Aly Haji is a health regulatory lawyer and founder of RxLaw, a boutique law firm in Ontario focused on pharmacy and healthcare law. He advises pharmacists, owners, and organizations on complaints, investigations, and disciplinary cases, as well as business strategy.

At his core, Aly is a litigator for pharmacists. He leads the defence of investigations and disciplinary proceedings at healthcare regulators across Canada, informed by experience on both sides of the table, including prosecutorial work. That dual vantage point lets him pair forceful advocacy with pragmatic, regulator-ready strategy.

Aly holds degrees in Common Law, Civil Law, and an MBA from McGill University, an LL.M from Cambridge focused on regulation, and an honours Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. He teaches at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy and is an award-winning author of academic publications on healthcare regulation.
