Moneyball for Pharmacy is the much awaited sequel to one of Pharmacy U’s most successful sessions (Pharmacists at Intake) at both Pharmacy U Toronto and Pharmacy U Vancouver. Now Moneyball for Pharmacy puts the model into action in a fun, fast-paced, hands-on workshop. We’ll share the new math and implementation secrets to help any pharmacy team get on-base, step by step. Guided by experienced practitioners who have successfully transformed their own pharmacies, participants will work through every stage of implementation — from the new financial math secrets, to physical layout, to roles and team engagement, troubleshooting and leveraging software tools that help each team sustain the new approach. Each participant receives a workbook and leaves the workshop with a practical launch plan to “get on P1st-base” and sustain the Pharmacist-at-Intake workflow in any pharmacy.
