Cindy Deetz, MEd, is a retired school principal and mother to five successful children and fourteen grandchildren. She is a metabolic health advocate. Although well-educated and professionally and personally successful, Cindy struggled with obesity until pharmaceutical interventions treated the medical cause. Because her lifetime battle with obesity led Cindy to try nearly every commercial diet and trend, she shares an invaluable, unfiltered patient perspective.
