Manjit graduated from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy in 2003 and has served as a clinical instructor at U of T since 2006. He is passionate about supporting patients living with metabolic syndrome, and he obtained his CDE certification in 2011. Manjit was an Associate with Shoppers Drug Mart for 19 years in Toronto before shifting towards his current roles as a consultant, speaker, clinical pharmacist, and founder of Rx for Renewal, where he is on a mission to support pharmacy leaders seeking sustainable solutions to manage workplace stress. He writes a monthly column for the Canadian Healthcare Pharmacy Magazine, sharing ideas and tools to help manage and prevent burnout.
