Amy Oliver is the founder of Amy Oliver + Co, a boutique practice that works at the crossroads of healthcare, business, and leadership. Amy advises healthcare leaders, teams, and practice owners to drive high performance and specializes in organizational behaviour, strategy and business operations, and the future of leadership. Amy holds a pharmacy degree from the UofM. She has an MBA with a dual concentration in organizational leadership and health administration, and certificates in Emotional Intelligence and Advanced Strategic Management and Leadership. She is a Certified Leadership Coach, a globally certified Project Management Professional, and a mom to three kids. Amy has won several pharmacy and leadership awards. She has been the recipient of international awards for her work on gender diversity in organizations and entrepreneurship. She was recently selected by the Governor-General of Canada as an emerging leader and a member of the prestigious Governor General Canadian Leadership Conference.
