Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis) is one of the most prevalent skin conditions seen in pharmacy practice. It also impacts almost every aspect of the affected person’s life. A portion of these patients will develop moderate to severe disease. Fortunately, new advance therapies including biologic drugs and JAK inhibitors are transforming the management of moderate to severe AD. This session will provide pharmacists with a review of the management of this condition with a focus on what they can do to improve the care of people with moderate to severe disease.
